After a successful career owning restaurants in Australia, Bruce has brought his expertise in the service industry to the business of Real Estate. Specializing in the listing and marketing of homes in the Spokane area, with over 13 years, and 1,300 transactions worth of experience, Bruce will effectively and successfully guide you through the home selling maze. Bruce and his American-born wife Amy are parents of three young children.
Amy moved to Spokane after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ambassador University. With 5+ years of experience as a Realtor in Spokane she specializes in residential and multi-unit properties. She is certified to teach first time home buyer classes through the WA State Bond Program. In her personal time Amy enjoys spending time with her family, running, working out, and traveling to tropical areas.
Rich joined our team bringing an extensive background in the financial services and sales industry. He is a talented consultant dedicated to providing superior customer service. When not helping our clients find their “Perfect” home, you will find him enjoying the great outdoors with his wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters
Ryan is the newest member to the Hardie Group and is originally from Northern California. Ryan is licensed in both Washington and Idaho and brings with him experience in sales and service. Ryan is focused on your needs and specializes in finding buyers' their perfect home and making a sound financial investment.
Like the onions from his home town of Walla Walla WA Shane has many layers. From making an apple pie to singing in a church choir he excels at relating to those with the old fashioned country values that he was raised with. If you see him on the street, call out to him in his familiar nick name "Sweet" Bob.
Nicole was born and raised in Spokane. She has over 8 years of experience in real estate transaction management. Nicole's experience will ensure that your transaction is smooth from start to finish!
With The Hardie Group since 1996, Patty has years of Real Estate and management experience. Patty and her husband have 4 children and settled in Spokane after 22 years in military service
Tom comes to The Hardie Group after retiring as a Traffic Control Specialist. Tom spent 18 years with Northstar Enterprises supervising traffic control on road projects across the state. You will find Tom serving our customers during weekdays by assuring that signs are in good repair, brochures are adequately supplied, and generally taking care of business in a professional manner. .
